Those extra pillows waiting in the wardrobe were a big plus for me, and the pillows themselves were great. It’s a lovely hotel with a great location, and the staff make the stay even better. You can spend the day visiting Salento or simply unwind by the beach or pool. For exploring nearby places, though, it’s hard to rely on public transport alone, so I’d come by car or rent one.

The location was beautiful and the food was great, but the animation team was awful. They seemed like they didn’t want to be there at all. Their greetings felt insincere, they didn’t invite people to activities, and some activities weren’t even listed on the program. There was no energy at the miniclub or minidisco. They looked sloppy and smoked a lot. Please send them home.
