We were so grateful for the fresh coffee at breakfast after a friend's wedding. The rooms at Casa di Anna are spacious, and the place itself is beautiful. Annalisa made us feel incredibly welcome and went out of her way to help throughout our stay. It was lovely meeting Anna and her husband. Thanks again for such a lovely few days.

We came without a car, which would have made getting around easier, but Anna helped us out by driving us to our friend's wedding events and asking nothing in return. She was attentive and accommodating the whole time. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and breakfast offered good options that changed each day. Such a peaceful, wonderful place. We couldn't recommend it more.

We felt like cherished guests in Annalisa's home. She paid attention to what we needed and made sure we had the information to enjoy our visit. At breakfast we even practiced English and Italian together, "fermate!!" :D Her farewell was just as warm as the welcome, and her teary-eyed goodbye stayed with us. Getting around was easy thanks to Annalisa. When we needed a ride to an event in town, she gave us useful directions and offered to drive us herself. From the moment we arrived, her smile and generosity made us feel at home, almost like part of the family. Casa di Anna was a wonderful place to stay, but Annalisa's kindness is what made the experience unforgettable. We hope to come back and see her again. Annalisa, thank you from the heart for your wonderful hospitality and the warmth you showed us during our stay at Casa di Anna. You're a special person, and your affection touched us deeply. Mrs. Anna was very welcoming and knew how to make us feel at home. The B&B is in a quiet spot close to the center of Nice, and the property is carefully looked after. Our room was clean and had what we needed, while breakfast came with a wide selection. Mrs. Anna was kind and helpful throughout. We found the B&B by searching online and were glad we did. We were very happy with our choice.

The varied, generous breakfast and the very clean, spacious rooms made for a welcoming stay. My wife and I spent two nights here and would gladly return. It's a peaceful spot in a small village on a hill above the vineyards, yet only a five-minute drive from Nizza Monferrato. The owners were very friendly.
