We booked massages with Carla, though we didn’t stay at the hotel. I had a Swedish massage and a foot massage, and they were among the best I’ve ever had. Carla clearly knows her work and cares about it. Highly recommend if you’re staying in or near Sorrento!

We rented an apartment where fire safety rules weren’t followed. There was no smoke detector, and the windows couldn’t be opened at all. They moved us to another room, but then ignored me and refused to refund the difference in cost between the apartment and the room. The heating didn’t work either, so we were freezing in the apartment. I emailed them and got no response. Italian people don't like tourists but they like their money

My boyfriend and I both had massages with Carla at their spa centre, and they were amazing. She knows a lot of techniques, and her strength and style are among the best we’ve experienced. For such high quality, the price was very reasonable. All the staff provided great service. Highly recommend!

Josefina at the front desk was especially helpful, with advice on city entertainment, guides, and travel around the Amalfi Coast. The front desk and breakfast service were excellent. The rooms and hotel are clean, neat, and tastefully done.

We were three couples in a comfortable three-bedroom, two-bathroom suite. Each room was great, though one double bed is in the main room/kitchen. I’m 5'9" (175 cm), and my head was close to the ceiling. There are two full bathrooms with showers, and we skipped breakfast since there were so many options nearby. The hotel is right in downtown Sorrento, with no street noise. You can walk to everything in about five minutes, so the location can’t be beat.
