We had a really bad experience staying in an apartment managed by this agency. Drunk guests in the neighboring unit kept us awake with noise until 1:30 a.m. When we called the agency, they declined to step in and told us to sort it out ourselves. After that, they never checked back or showed any interest. Very unprofessional and completely unacceptable.

I arranged longer winter rentals through this agency and had a very good experience. The two owners are professional and reliable, and they supported us throughout the holiday. Whenever we had an extra request, they were willing to try to help. A genuinely excellent agency for the Val Zoldana area. 👍👍
