They offered us coffee as soon as we arrived, and the personal touches kept coming. It was my girlfriend’s birthday, so they made her a cake, sang Happy Birthday, and gave us free wine too. Dominica at the front desk, our maitre de Giacomo, and Chef Enzo made the experience feel really special. It’s a very Italian kind of place, quiet and wonderful, rather than a fancy hotel.

The daily cleaning kept our room spotless, fresh, and comfortable, and the care put into it really showed. We loved the views, the people, and the place itself, and we’ll definitely return. The staff were warm and welcoming from the start, and the food was delicious and plentiful. Both the evening buffet and the four-course dinner felt like a feast. The building is quite old, so it may not suit anyone looking for sleek, modern rooms. For us, that age gave it a character and magical atmosphere we loved.

The drive up to the hotel was beautiful, and we even spotted a fox. We loved the location and the vintage feel of the room, especially with the view from it. We got a great deal and enjoyed our stay, plus a generous receptionist gave us a free upgrade. I’d highly recommend it if you’re after a budget-friendly place.

The area around Coi is amazing, and this is a really characteristic hotel. Everyone on staff was kind, friendly, and funny, from the director to the rest of the team. Mirco the Chef and Stefano the main waitress especially stood out. Breakfast and dinner were delicious, and the prices were absolutely fair. One of the best hotels you can find in Coi. Thanks for the experience.
