We had a heated pool and three saunas to relax in after the slopes. Our son loved the pool, and we enjoyed the saunas, so everyone was happy. When there's enough snow, you can ski straight from the hotel. This season there wasn't enough snow cover on the ground, so the hotel shuttle took us to the gondola in Olang in just a few minutes. No stress and no waiting. We were there as a family of three, with our 8-year-old son, and all of us went home smiling. Places like this are rare. Our room was immaculate, new, spotlessly clean and fully equipped. It felt more like a carefully decorated home than a functional hotel room. You could see that every detail was thought through to help guests enjoy their skiing and holiday. Breakfast was a fresh, high-quality spread each morning. Coming back from the slopes, we found fresh salads and a lovely snack, just right between skiing and dinner. Dinner was as good as restaurants you book weeks ahead. The wine selection also stood out: a thoughtful list that complemented each meal, well beyond the standard hotel minimum. The reception made an excellent first and last impression, with warm smiles, quick check-in and staff ready to answer questions. The whole team gave the hotel its soul. They were attentive and cheerful whenever we needed them, never intrusive, and wonderful with our son. We'll definitely be back.

Skiing was easy from hotel Kristall, with the Olang gondola next door and ski-in/ski-out access. We also liked unwinding in the spa after a day on the slopes. The renovated rooms were very spacious, and breakfast had an excellent buffet with lots of choices. Dinner was good too.

The food was amazing, and everyone on the team was friendly and professional. A special mention to Giuseppe, who runs the bar. Our room was spacious, clean and comfortable, and the spa was a welcome treat after skiing. The hotel sits in the center of a lovely mountain village, close to both the ski lift and bus stop. We're hoping to come back next season.

The breakfast was absolutely amazing, and I loved the spa and pool area. The heated outdoor pool was awesome, and the jacuzzi had a great view. Service was perfect: the people running the hotel were always smiling and ready to help. Discounts on bike rentals and wine tastings were a nice extra. My only issue was the room design. When you open the door, the shower is the first thing you see. If someone is showering while people are outside, they get quite a view. The layout felt strange and offered no privacy. I also booked without the panorama view because it was a little over budget. I thought 1.6K for 4 night on b&b basis was too much, but if I booked again, I'd choose a view room or at least try to get a higher floor. The room I had was on the first floor, facing a big wall. A beautiful hotel in a beautiful location.

On a quiet mountainside with amazing views, Hotel Kristall is tucked away in a lovely spot. The design is beautiful, the food exceptional, and the staff attentive to every detail. A fantastic stay, worth every penny.
