The spa was a highlight, with a pool and saunas looking out at the mountains and lots of room to relax. We stayed last year for a long skiing weekend at Kronplatz in the Residence Iris apartments, in a building beside the hotel. The apartment had everything we needed, including a fully equipped kitchen and a comfortable bed. You can choose breakfast and dinner, or just get fresh bread. One evening we had a gala dinner, which was delicious and felt quite fancy. There's ski storage with boot warmers, plus a free shuttle to and from Olang station about every 20 minutes. At checkout we were given a large jar of homemade herbal tea leaves to take home. Highly recommend!

The five-course dinner each evening was a real treat, made with local ingredients and fairly priced, and the local wines were delicious. The sommelier's cellar is magnificent. We stayed in an apartment with our family at this four-star hotel, which has been in the same family for 21 generations. The design and furnishings blend tradition with a contemporary feel. Everything was clean and well maintained, and both owners and staff were very friendly. The pool and spa are beautiful, with drinks, fruit, towels, bathrobes, and a bag for your belongings provided. The gardens are lovely, the views are stunning, and guests can use a washing machine. We highly recommend it.

The five-course dinner was the highlight for us, and we were glad we chose half board. We spent two nights at the hotel and had an incredible time in the Dolomites. The Panorama Room had breathtaking views and was spotless and comfortable. Staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful the whole time. After hiking, the wellness area was a great place to unwind, clean, well maintained, and equipped with everything needed to relax. Highly recommended for a visit to the Dolomites.

We loved the design and clean rooms, and the spa was amazing. The staff were lovely, and the private ski bus took us to the slopes. We’ll definitely be back next year!

The views were amazing, and we especially appreciated the newly renovated wellness area with its three saunas. The apartments were cozy, clean, and well equipped. Staff were genuinely helpful and willing, and the hotel shuttle bus was a big plus. We enjoyed our stay and will surely return soon. Thank you for the service!
