Our room was clean, though quite dated, and it was hard to shower without getting water all over the bathroom since there was no curtain. The sauna in the garden was really nice. For the pool, you need to go to Hotel Post, about 2 minutes by car or 10 on foot.

I'm only rating the handling here, which was quite nice. There are lots of horses and a stunning view, so I'd recommend it for children too.

Dear Hannes and Tolderhof team, Four former "Tolderhof horses" are now with us at the Haflinger Center, and they're doing a fantastic job. They've fitted into our herd seamlessly. They're well-adjusted, willing to work, and dependable in our daily routine. To us they're much more than sport or leisure companions, they're team members we can count on every day. We really value your expertise and honesty during the horse purchase. That isn't something you can take for granted, and your transparent assessment of each horse gave us confidence in our choice. Our day-to-day experience has confirmed it over time. We always find our stays with you relaxing. Everything is clean and well maintained, the food is delicious, and the whole team is friendly and accommodating. There's just one horse missing from the stable whenever we visit ;-)

Room 408 was a letdown. The location and service deserve five stars, but the tub had no curtain or screen, so we had to spread towels out every time we washed. The sofa bed sagged badly and my son slept poorly the first night. Luckily, I spotted a slatted crib left outside the room.
