We booked in October 2018 for a February 2019 ski holiday, then changed our plans and cancelled. The cancellation rules seemed clear: canceling meant paying for the first night, while canceling on arrival day after 6 pm meant paying for the full stay. I tried to reach the property weeks ahead, but we eventually cancelled three days before arrival and were surprised to be charged for the entire stay. They refused to refund what I felt had been charged unfairly, saying my four-month reservation had prevented them from taking other bookings. That may be true, but they should have set different cancellation terms if that was a problem. Not following their own stated conditions felt awful at best and fraudulent at worst. Our travel agent agreed with me and eventually reimbursed me. Be careful about dealing with these people.

There was no toilet paper, and the tap water quality was horrible, with contamination. Staff kept our passports during the stay, which didn’t feel safe since traveling without ID is a problem, and copies should have been made. At checkout they added a €20 cleaning fee. That was a hidden charge that should have been included in the price. If I’d known beforehand, I would’ve booked a better quality hotel. Be aware.

A quiet spot with good parking and great hosts. The apartment was clean and cozy throughout, with comfortable beds, a huge bathroom, underfloor heating, and a fully equipped kitchen. Fantastic for a couple or family. We’ll definitely come back.
