The owner was friendly, and we had a fantastic stay. The apartment had everything we needed, with a Conad supermarket about a five-minute walk away and a pharmacy nearby. Definitely recommended.

For what it costs, I don't think it's worth it. There was no dishwasher, and a lot of the things in the apartment were cracked or broken.

The guest card covers public transport, and the regular ski buses take you to Kronenplatz. The Färberhof also arranges ski storage, included in the price. The village center is a ten-minute walk away, and the place is wonderfully quiet. We got a warm welcome, and our apartment was beautifully furnished. There's bread delivery, plus fresh eggs from happy hens if you want them. I highly recommend these holiday apartments at the Färberhof.

Valdaora di Mezzo is lovely and a handy base for visiting lots of places by bike or on the free public transport that comes with booking at the Färberhof. Our apartment for two, booked for late July to early August, was just right, with a balcony looking straight out to the mountains and a peaceful setting in the Dolomites countryside. It was cute and practical, and spotlessly clean. Barbara and her family were so kind and ready to help with anything. You can also order local products to be delivered in the morning. There's a lot more I could say, but this is a place that stays in your heart. Thanks again to Barbara and her family for their wonderful hospitality and lovely home and apartments. I truly hope I can return and become a regular at the Färbwrhof. I absolutely recommend it to anyone who loves the mountains.
