Lovely people, a nice room, and a great view.

The garden, barbecue, bike room, and laundry room made the property really convenient, and the bike park is just steps away. Elisa and her team were so helpful and kind, sharing everything we needed to enjoy our time in Bormio and making us feel like family. Elisa was always available and made us feel at home. The chalets are beautiful, built from natural materials with handcrafted woodwork by her husband, and every detail feels carefully chosen to sit in harmony with nature. We had such a comfortable, relaxing stay and loved being surrounded by nature. It felt like paradise, thank you so much for the warm hospitality! 😊

The view when you wake up is breathtaking. The whole place is made of wood, including the rooms, and the building itself has an unusual story: the owner's husband, who is a carpenter, built it entirely by hand. There's a bar downstairs with tasty croissants and a very good breakfast. You can also message Elisa to ask for a nice local wine to be brought to your room. If you want somewhere quaint and distinctive near Bormio, I'd recommend staying here.

We spent two days here and left disappointed. The first mattress sagged badly and gave very little support. After we raised the issue, another mattress was brought in, but it sagged just as much. We were told there was no comfort rating for beds, which is hard to accept at a hotel, especially after paying quite a bit for two nights. Breakfast was about €30 for very basic food, and the small dog came with a €40 charge without any dedicated service. I felt that cost mattered more than making guests happy. There was no goodwill for the problems we reported, and the value for money needs a rethink. I work in the industry, so I'll leave it at that.
