Relais Rione Ponte

The staff were incredibly friendly and responsive, and the location made it easy to walk to popular sights and a huge range of restaurants. Our room was spacious, especially by European standards, with lovely decor, a large comfortable bed and air conditioning that worked very well. We like a cold room, and stayed in late April, so that really mattered to us. The rooms are up a set of stairs in a building with several different businesses in it. There is an elevator, though it’s very small and a bit awkward. EXCELLENT place to stay.

It’s an easy walk to Rome’s sights, and Piazza Navona is just a few steps away. The owners and staff at Relais Rione Ponte were so helpful and friendly. Mary Ann, Laura and Sylvia were attentive, professional and knew their stuff. Our room was very clean, with a new, comfortable mattress and cozy linens. We’ll definitely come back.

Getting settled was quick and easy, and the building’s lift was a big help with my heavy luggage. Relais Rione Ponte is right in central Rome, close to so many major sights, but it was surprisingly peaceful at night. The rooms were very clean and comfortable, and I felt safe there. Staff were warm, helpful and ready to assist with whatever I needed. I’d recommend it to anyone visiting Rome.

I’ve stayed here three times now, and I’ll be back. The owners and staff are wonderful, and they’re happy to share ideas, maps and places that aren’t so touristy. The location is perfect, and the rooms are always impeccably clean and comfortable.
