As a base for seeing the beautiful Dolomites, this is good value compared with the prices around here. Cortina d'Ampezzo is about 30 minutes away. Getting to the better ski resorts is less convenient, though, and skiing takes some extra effort because of the distance. The B&B is inexpensive, the rooms are neat but dated, and breakfast is acceptable. There aren’t many shops or restaurants in the village.

Mario makes you feel at home. The rooms are clean and comfortable, the breakfast is generous and very good, and the welcome was the best part.

Mario was so helpful and kind, which made the stay more enjoyable. The room was kept clean and in good shape, and the location works well for exploring the area. For the services you get, the rate is competitive and the value is excellent. A comfortable, affordable place I’d gladly recommend.

The little chocolate left in the room when we arrived was a nice touch. The room and bathroom were very clean, but the bathtub felt too small and some things could use improvement. Breakfast was disappointing: limited portions, no buffet, and everything offered was packaged supermarket snacks. We all ate at the same small kitchen table. They asked some guests about hard-boiled eggs, and others about ham and cheese.
