We stayed in June and really loved it. The host was so nice, the rooms were great, and the location was amazing. I can highly recommend this Bed&Breakfast!

Nicola even shared his homemade fresh focaccia and the recipe with us, both were amazing. He's so helpful and nice. The apartment was clean, easy to reach, and had free parking right beside it and a private beach. I loved the furniture and the two huge bookshelves. It was so relaxing hearing the waves around us. Just awesome, grazie Nicola!

That balcony right on the seafront has a priceless view, and we could use the building's private, free beach, so it wasn't crowded. We also appreciated the covered private garage for €10/day, a real lifesaver in Liguria since we barely needed to move the car. The owner's home, where the very helpful Nicola lives, is on the first floor of a historic building overlooking the Varazze sea. There are just two bedrooms, a smaller double and a larger room with the option of an extra bed. Both have nice, new bathrooms, and the rooms are simple, clean, and make good use of the space. We had a delightful weekend. Highly recommended, and see you next time!

The owner was hospitable without being intrusive. We had a cozy stay in a beautiful building, and the room was very spacious with its own bathroom. I highly recommend it.
