Blue House Varenna Superior & Suite

Alessandra was a perfect host and kept the properties very clean. She welcomed us with drinks and snacks, explained what to expect, and gave us tips on getting around Varenna. The compound felt very safe and quiet, yet it's close to the piazza, groceries, bars, restaurants, and the Albergo and Cipressi hotels. The walk up from the street is only about 15 steps. A pizza place is right below the stairs, with delicious pies for €7-10, much cheaper than buying pizza from the lake shops. Alessandra also arranged a van from Varenna Esino station for €20, paid to the driver. My family stayed in Alessandra’s two rentals, Joy and Harmony, for four nights and five days in June 2024, for a family wedding at Villa Balbienello and Cipressi. Both units share a patio and have been newly renovated, with modern appliances and fixtures and smart doors. The unit with the blue door has a jacuzzi in the bedroom. Highly recommended, and we'll definitely come back!

Alessandra welcomed us to Blue House Varenna with such care and lots of helpful tips for things to see and do in Varenna and the region. The apartment is very well located, convenient, safe, clean, and has all the facilities we needed. She's super friendly. I highly recommend Blue House Varenna!

Alessandra was a great, helpful host. The place was clean and tidy, with everything we could need, and the location was perfect.

A great host and a perfect spot for a couple of nights. It's well located, really warm and clean, and the jacuzzi is the best!
