Getting there was easy: from the Varese train station it was one bus, with the stop right outside the hotel. We were a family of five, two adults and three kids, and found this place to be a little gem. It's family-run, so we got help from the owners themselves, and the staff were lovely and incredibly helpful. Our last room was on the fourth floor and felt like heaven, clean, spacious, and fancy. We'd absolutely come back, and I recommend it 100%.

The hotel itself was great: clean, comfortable bed and pillows, a great bathroom, and friendly staff. I was caught off guard by the parking charge, though. It was €10 per day, and they only told us by WhatsApp on arrival day. That felt like a scam; I'd rather see it included in the nightly price or offered as an add-on when booking. Breakfast was also disappointing, with very few hot or savory choices beyond cold meats, cheese, and a boiled egg. The bread ran out 20 minutes after breakfast started and wasn't restocked. I'd still recommend the hotel, but those two things were a letdown.

We were two families, four adults and a teenager, with a suite and a superior double, stopping on the way to France because of traffic. It was a last-minute booking, and the staff were very helpful. The rooms were extremely clean and well equipped, the breakfast was delicious, and everyone was hospitable. Thanks for a short but lovely stay.

The staff are the best part, so polite and helpful. The hotel is in a good location, with cozy rooms, excellent breakfast, and amenities and cleanliness kept to a high standard.

This was my second visit. The location is fantastic, with a fuel station and supermarket right across the road. The room was clean, breakfast was great, and the service was good.
