Our luggage didn’t make it, and the hotel team did everything they could to help us track it down and arrange delivery. We were really grateful for how much effort everyone put in to make our stay good. My husband and I flew into Milan, took a train straight from the airport to Varese, then had only a short walk to the hotel. It’s well placed for getting there and for trying the many restaurants in town. The hotel has a classic Italian courtyard on a piazza near the hospital, in a real neighborhood. There’s a family-run café next door, and they even recognized us after the second day. The area is busy during the day, but our room was very quiet. I’m a light sleeper and slept well. I’d stay here again anytime, highly recommend.

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The place was clean and really close to the city. There are three bakeries right across from the entrance for breakfast.

We only stayed one night, but it was a very good one. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the place is near the old town and city center. The rooms are new, clean and comfortable, with air conditioning and heat for winter, everything you need. We recommend it. Thank you!
