We’ll come back, especially since it’s just a stone’s throw from the highway over the Simplon Pass. The B&B is on the second floor of a grand old house, a little dated but charming, with an excellent view of the beautiful surroundings. The kitchen and breakfast room are well equipped, and guests can use them to make lunch or dinner. It’s friendly for kids and babies. There’s a pleasant garden with chairs and tables, though we had our picnic on the grass, and the parking is right beside the place and feels safe.

The garden was beautiful, quiet, and peaceful. The rooms were lovely, with cute mountain views, and it’s a short walk to town. That was fine for us, but could be a problem if you don’t like walking.

The outside doesn’t look like it does in the pictures anymore, but the accommodation itself is excellent and breakfast is great.
