Gianni and Rosamaria were genuinely kind and helpful, and the spot is scenic and very quiet. You can see the sea on the horizon, though it’s a bit of a distance away. The rooms have the basics, but they felt small for four people, and the heat was too much without air conditioning. Breakfast could use more variety. I liked that they serve homemade things, but some options like croissants or chocolate spread would be nice. We also had no water for two of our nine days there, which wasn’t their fault. Maybe a larger autoclave could help with that.

We were welcomed by Mrs. Rosamaria, who was very kind. The room was spotless, and breakfast was generous and tasty. The location is fantastic, with a fabulous view.

The location made it easy to get around, and the place was very simple and peaceful, though that can depend on who else is staying there. We had a good time despite there being no Wi-Fi, air conditioning, or even a small fridge. The rooms were decent sized and fairly spacious. Breakfast was drinks and pastries baked by the ladies, but the pastries were always the same. The lady was very kind, but handles everything alone, so rooms can’t be cleaned every day. For what’s offered, it does feel a bit expensive.

We spent one night here as a family. The rooms were plain but clean, and the beds were comfortable. There’s no air conditioning, though they do provide fans. Breakfast was simple homemade food, with biscuits, cake, homemade jams, and juices. The price seemed fair. Vasto town center is about an 8-10 minute drive.

I wouldn’t recommend it. The window only comes halfway up and needs a barricade, especially since the ground-floor room is in a remote countryside building where it would be very easy for a thief or intruder to get in. Breakfast was far too basic too, just milk and coffee in a thermos and water in an unlabeled plastic bottle.
