The rooms aren’t luxurious, but they’re comfortable and spotless. I loved the private beach, the pine walk, and even the Twinnings Tea. The staff are always cheerful and so helpful. When I needed a taxi to the train station, the young woman at the back office simply offered, “I’ll take you.” That was incredibly kind. I’m looking forward to coming back for another relaxing stay. Oh, I’m a hotel consultant by career.

It’s a simple hotel, but everything is organised well. The staff are friendly, the pool is nice, and you can get to the beach from there.
