Villa Angela

We booked a month ahead, then only found out today that our dog couldn't come inside unless he spent the whole day in the car and came in at night. The owner was really rude about it. After what the gentleman said on the phone a little while ago, I think he could be reported.

The owners were on hand to make sure I had what I needed, and both breakfast and the bed were good. The air conditioning worked well and there was plenty of water. My room was on the ground floor, and I had to change my plans and leave before completing the three days I had booked. I thought the B&B was a good place to stay, though, and hope to come back for a room with a balcony. Thanks.

Luigi was keen to make sure everything was in order and gave us suggestions for exploring the area. We were there over the May Day long weekend, and it was a positive stay. The house has been converted into separate rooms with bathrooms, while the entrance and breakfast room are shared. Our room was upstairs on the first floor, with a wardrobe, fridge, hot and cold air conditioning, and an LCD TV with digital terrestrial. It worked fine, though turning it off at night was a bit awkward. The bathroom was very spacious and had a shower, hairdryer, and soap. Some rooms open onto a panoramic terrace used as a solarium. Gino and his wife were so helpful, and the room was spotless and comfortable. Vasto is easy to explore from this strategic location, and Termoli port is about 20 minutes away. It also works well if you're catching the ferry to the Tremiti Islands. Highly recommended.
