The hotel was very clean, and the espresso was good. We stopped there while waiting for a bus transfer. I ordered one espresso, and the three of us went to use the bathroom before leaving. The owner complained in a disparaging way that we’d bought one coffee but all three used the bathroom. No one had mentioned beforehand that this would be a problem or that the bathroom cost extra. We would have been happy to pay. It seems other reviewers have had similar experiences with bathroom use here.

We had an hour to wait for a bus on the highway, so we hoped to sit inside for a coffee and pass the time. We were told the hotel was closed, even though there was only one guest there. It was very cold, so we asked if we could wait by the side of the hotel door to stay warm, but they turned us away from there too. I’m not sure what kind of business this hotel is running.

The staff were so kind and spoke both Italian and German. There’s lots of parking right at the hotel, and nearby are several nice places to eat. Breakfast was amazing, and the comfy rooms have small balconies and great Wi-Fi. I loved staying here and would happily visit again. It’s an easy place to recommend when exploring the surrounding area.

I wasn't a customer, but I was just trying to use the toilet and was treated very rudely. If the hotel is closed to people needing a toilet or similar, it should be shut down.

The employees were so kind and dedicated, and we really enjoyed both the service and our stay. Everything was super clean, and breakfast felt authentic.
