We stayed here during a stop on a long journey. Check-in was quick and smooth, but getting into the room took some figuring out since the card key has to be scanned on the wall rather than at the door knob, which was a first for us. The room was clean and the mattress comfortable. The bathroom was clean and had hot water, but be careful because the shower floor gets slippery when wet. We couldn’t control the room temperature.

They advertise secured parking, and I booked and paid for it. At check-in, a very bored woman said there was no parking and I’d have to leave the car, with all our bags, in a public parking lot. Very bad and unhelpful. They didn’t even want to refund me. Shame on you!

We’ve been coming back to this hotel for years, and it never disappoints. Breakfast is nice and the waitresses are amazing. The rooms could use an upgrade, though, and the electrical outlet beside the bed in ours didn’t work. Still a pleasant stay, and we’ll return.

The location is perfect for a visit to the outlet center, and breakfast is very nice. Everything else felt average.

Not especially luxurious, but it works well as a base for activities or work in the area. The rooms are fairly spacious, clean, and quiet. The staff seemed genuinely disinterested. There’s good food in town, about a seven-minute walk away.
