AD Place Venice

We were in Venice for our anniversary and got a gracious upgrade to a room with a gorgeous canal view. Kamal went above and beyond to help us, which made the stay even better. The hotel is about five minutes from Saint Marco. Our room was cozy and had very unique decor. We’ll definitely come back.

Breakfast was included, and we had a great stay. The rooms were clean and cosy, decorated in a lovely traditional Italian style, with a good sized bathroom. The front desk hosts and managers were very polite and helpful. Special mention to the night manager, "Kamal", who was so nice and made us feel at home.

The room and bathroom were cosy and practical, with a clean design inspired by traditional Italian motifs. Breakfast was included, with an extravagant buffet about nineteen feet long, offering excellent Italian classics as well as some American foods. There were perhaps twelve or more kinds of tea, plus cappuccino or latte made to order. We had a wonderful experience, and the front desk hosts and managers were polite and helpful every day, answering our questions and making the stay wonderful.

It’s a quick walk from the local gondola and ferry stop, and everything is within walking distance. Though the hotel sits a little off the main Canal, I found it fairly easily late at night in January. The rooms are well appointed, with warm showers and lovely views of the canal and lagoon below. Venetian decor runs throughout, and breakfast has a great European style. A wonderful, comfortable stay. I’d definitely return.
