Agriturismo Eva

We arrived late in the evening, and the receptionist was fantastic, arranging a taxi into Venice, which is no more than 20 minutes away. The airport is literally five minutes down the road. We stayed just one night before an early flight back to the UK, and it was ideal.

The staff were so kind and made me feel welcome. The house is beautiful, the rooms are large and clean, and the AC works well. Noise was the big problem for me. I could hear everything from other rooms, and with late arrivals and very early departures because of the nearby airport, I kept waking to keys, voices, coughing, and all the rest. If you sleep heavily, it may be fine, but light sleepers should bring serious earplugs. The hotel was very helpful about arranging the taxi, which costs 20€ for the five-minute airport ride and has to be booked in advance.

A comfortable overnight place close to VCE. The beds and rooms are comfy, the AC is cold, and the service is great. My room's Wi-Fi was blazing fast at 180 mbps. There's also a solid pizza and pasta restaurant less than a 10-minute walk away. Highly recommend.

The room facilities were good, breakfast decent, and it's near both the airport and the tram to Venice, which costs only 1.5 EUR. But my experience was average overall. Their website wasn't current: we booked a cheap room online, then were told on arrival it wasn't available. They had no idea about the website or email reservation, so we had to pay for a more expensive room. That surprised us because the place looked nearly empty. I don't know if they lied; they said some rooms were under construction, though I saw no sign of renovation. Wi-Fi didn't reach our room, mobile signal was poor, the TV had almost no decent channels and was nearly useless. It also isn't really an agriturismo, just a hotel.
