Ai Cavalieri di Venezia Hotel

It’s a former palace, and the luxurious decor makes staying here feel like an experience in itself. They even provide umbrellas and shoe covers, a thoughtful touch for Venice. The hotel is reachable by foot or boat, and check-out is by 11 AM. Everything was tidy and clean, rooms were well equipped, and breakfast was plentiful and delicious. The service was impressive, from reception to breakfast staff and the people looking after the rooms. Everyone was kind, answered questions, and helped with recommendations for whatever we needed. One small personal request: I’d find cotton buds and makeup remover pads useful in the rooms. I’ve got used to finding them even in hotels with fewer stars. I was very happy with my stay and would wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone visiting Venice. Highest praise to all the staff! ☺️🏰

The staff were excellent, and breakfast had lots of choice and was genuinely enjoyable each morning. I spent three nights at Hotel Ai Cavalieri, in a quiet, beautiful part of Venice. Even the comfort room felt luxurious, especially with its stunning marble bathroom. A full five star experience, I couldn’t recommend it more.

Coming straight to the hotel by water taxi was a special touch. It was lovely and very clean, and the staff were really helpful. Our junior room was lovely too, and the hotel breakfast had everything we needed. The nearby square is expensive, but that’s expected. It’s a nice place to sit and watch people. We were celebrating my husband’s 70th birthday, and I’d definitely recommend the hotel.

Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for such a lovely stay at Ai Cavalieri hotel last week. Suite #204 was immaculate, and the service was amazing. Sam and the crew took great care of us, including arranging a taxi with a guide to the Island of Murano, plus a visit to the factory and shop.
