I stayed earlier this week and had a wonderful time. The hotel has been renovated recently, so everything feels new, modern, and thoughtfully put together. The staff were warm and welcoming, always ready to help with a smile. My room looked out over the square beside the Grand Canal. It’s about a five minute walk from the train station, but far enough from the main tourist flow to feel peaceful. You can also pop over to the next door Ca’ Nigra Hotel, where check-in takes place, and enjoy its charming little green oasis. Highly recommended!

I stayed two nights. The room was a little small, though I knew that when I booked. It was all I needed for sleeping, and I wanted to be close to the main sights. The hotel has recently been refurbished. The bed was comfortable, the shower worked great, and the air conditioning was working. Its location is great, near the train and bus stations and also close to the water boat stop. Reception is across the road and easy to spot. I skipped breakfast, but one day paid 5 euros for a croissant and some juice. I have to say there wasn’t much choice.

We stayed a couple of days. The property has been fully renovated, and there’s a little rooftop veranda where you can enjoy the canal view and relax in the evening. It’s five minutes from the train station and an easy walk to all the attractions.

We loved the warm, attentive service and the charming tucked away spot at Hotel Ai Due Fanali. From the courtyard there’s a view down to the main canal. Guests can also use the lovely garden and facilities at the sister property, Ca’ Nigra Lagoon Resort. We’ll definitely be back.

The rooftop terrace was lovely, and the room was beautiful, clean, and quiet. It’s very close to the train station, yet peaceful. A perfect place to stay in Venice.
