The bathrooms were disgustingly unclean, and the place was dirty and full of bugs. This was a terrible experience. It doesn't even feel like a question of good or bad, the place just doesn't seem healthy or safe. Stay away.

The location is the one positive, but the bedbug infestation, terrible hygiene, and hazardous conditions make this somewhere I would not recommend. I booked in a hurry and missed the many earlier Google reviews about the same serious problem. Please don't make my mistake. I noticed several hotels very close by, so look around. When we arrived, nobody was at reception or in the hotel. We rang the bell repeatedly before staff came over from somewhere else, and they didn't seem to take much care of guests. I dread to think what happens with a late arrival. The apartment was dusty, which made my hay fever go into overdrive, and poorly maintained. The air-conditioning wasn't working during nights above 25°C, and it took repeated complaints before it was fixed. They also require everything, including city tax, to be paid upfront. Once they took payment, they left and we never saw them again. My mother said something had bitten her several times, but since she hadn't seen anything the first night, I didn't think much of it. I spotted small insects on my sofa-bed and brushed them away before going to sleep the second night, something I regret. She was bitten even more that night, and then we found bedbugs on the mattress and her clothes. When we got home, we had to throw away several clothing items where the bugs had become embedded in the fibres, and deep-clean our other bags and belongings. It was awful, and I'm genuinely surprised the hotel can still operate. Nobody needs a bedbug infestation at home. August 2025

The booking site said this wasn't a hotel, and there was no reception on site. Still, someone came into our room to provide room service without warning, which felt like an invasion of privacy. The location is nice, but the AC unit only makes noise and doesn't cool the place. There are better options.

Don't come here. Bedbugs, bedbugs. There's no luggage storage, and no one at the front desk to check you out. I'm telling you, you'll regret staying here.
