We had a wonderful 5 day stay in the deluxe room. It was elegant without being fussy, and everything was very well organized. Both ladies managing the rooms were lovely and made us feel welcome. The service was impeccable, with care put into even the smallest details.

A little Italian will help when you arrive, since nobody spoke English and all the communication was over WhatsApp. Still, they let us check in early, grazie for that! We loved the quiet spot in Cannaregio, the huge clean and comfortable room, and the simple but plentiful breakfast. The nearby restaurants felt authentic and lively without being packed with tourists.

We stayed in the King room, which was very large and gave the three of us plenty of space, even with the extra bed. The B&B is in a quiet part of Venice, but everything is accessible by boat or on foot. Breakfast in the room included fresh croissants, biscotti, and bread, with cereals and fruit also available in the corridor. Very nice, I recommend it.

The service was excellent, and having breakfast included was a nice extra. It’s a quiet area, very close to Madonna dell'Orto ferry station, which is handy for transfers to the airport or the Murano Islands. A great place to stay.

The self check-in felt like a little mini-game and was very convenient. Staff were super helpful, and the location is quite close to water buses going to the other islands. The room was nice, and the small refrigerator was the best part. All in all, a nice stay.
