No breakfast is included, and the room was small but fine. The host was responsive and gave us very good information. Bring slippers, since the room has tile floors.

We loved the room with its two beds, and everything was clean. The communication with the host was perfect, and the price was cheap. You're right in the centre, just a few minutes from St Marco. We'll be back. Maria&Carina

I got a bit skeptical and worried after reading reviews once I'd already paid, but everything turned out fine. The owner is a really nice guy, and the room was clean, had no odd smell, and no bugs apart from one mosquito or fly. The room felt a little pricey, but we were happy with everything else. Great location.

Close to the piazza, so the location was great, and the room was comfortable and clean. But that toilet seat! The lid needs to come off. It was uncomfortable to sit with it against my back. We stayed one night somewhere else that was better value, and I'm not sure we'd choose this place again if we returned to Venice.

COMPLETE SCAM, STAY AWAY! I don't usually leave reviews, but people should know what happened to me. I booked two nights online and paid the full amount in advance. A travel delay meant I missed the first night. When I arrived the next morning, they said they had no room for us. They also kept the payment for both nights, saying we had missed “check in”. We had to scramble to find somewhere else to stay. Another nearby hotel took us in and was wonderful. Don't deal with these people, or you may arrive with no room and your FULL PAYMENT taken.
