Apartments Ca' Dei Dogi

The man who checked me in was brilliant and helpful. For the central location, it was a good price, with a decent room and a roof terrace. I actually quite liked this quiet, cosy hotel. Highly recommended.

There are plenty of cafes and restaurants right outside, and boats and San Marco Square are a one minute walk away. The staff were really helpful and accommodating: we arrived at 10am, and the gentleman at reception said he'd note our arrival and try to get the room ready ASAP, then text us when it was available. At noon we got the message that it was ready. The room was small but very comfortable and extremely quiet. We slept like babies. Our lovely terrace was a sweet spot for morning tea and a late afternoon glass of wine. We'll happily return.

It was a little tricky to find and didn't look like much from the outside, but what a gem. The staff were very friendly, and the location was great. Our small room was lovely, with a nice bathroom, and everything seemed very clean. We had a small terrace where we enjoyed breakfast and coffee in the morning. I'd stay here again!

The room was clean and nicely appointed, with a cafe and market just a quick walk away. It's also a short walk to the pier for gondola rides and public or private water taxis. Great location in Venice.
