B&B Airport Venice Diego

We booked for one night before an early flight. The host was really friendly, and the room had everything we needed, with thoughtful little touches like a table in the toilet for our things, shampoo, and a mosquito repeller. Breakfast had lots of options too, and you could tell he'd put care into making it nice for his guests. We originally thought the airport was walkable, but it would take 20-30 minutes and involve crossing a fairly busy road, so we booked an Uber.

The room was simple but arranged with care, and breakfast was included. The host communicated well and organized a shuttle that arrived right on time, even for a 4:15 morning pickup. This is an excellent place to stay before flying out of Marco Polo airport. Public transport from Venice is a bit less convenient, but the host gave detailed bus directions. A taxi would make the trip very easy. I highly recommend it!

Getting there was the hard part. There isn't a scheduled bus stop near the property, and the driver wouldn't let me off where Diego's directions said, so I ended up walking over a mile along a busy highway with no sidewalk. If you stay, I'd take a taxi or get dropped off by a friend on arrival, then use the affordable, punctual shuttle to the airport. My room itself was spacious and comfortable.

The price was a bargain, and we got more than we paid for. The owner was a great guy, helped us order pizza, got us settled, stayed available whenever we needed something, and arranged a taxi for us. It's ideally located if you have a flight from Venice or arrive late. Highly recommend!
