The old building had a nice homey feel and some lovely furnishings. The location was good, near the San Stae water terminal. There was no breakfast, even though B&B stands for bed and breakfast. We got instant coffee for x1 night despite staying x2 nights, and had to pay to use the nespresso machine. Sticky notes were all over the place telling you what you could and couldn’t do. The bed frame was broken and buckled, and I cut my leg on it. When I complained, they wrapped it in sellotape. It looked like it had been broken for a while, and the mattress was propped up on an old wooden cupboard door. They need to buy a new bed frame. The kitchen hob was broken too, and the Wifi only worked if you stood by the door. The host kept whatsapping me to ask when I’d arrive, even though I’d already given that information when booking and it’s self service anyway.

The room was bigger than some good hotels, and the B&B was clean and well maintained. There’s a mini kitchen with a microwave and freeze. It also has a fan, Air conditioner, and Heater. This has been the best B&B I’ve stayed in so far on my Europe tours.

This was bed without breakfast, and a rip off, with hostel prices like a 5 star hotel. There were no toiletries, nothing else in the room, and no tv. The sheets and towels were dirty and stained yellow, and they were never changed. The room was never cleaned. Signs everywhere told guests not to touch the walls because they were 'recently painted'. Avoid at all cost!

I felt really safe here. The place was very clean, cozy, inviting, and comfortable for my 3 nights in Venice.

There were three different wifi routers, and we had a nice room with lovely staff. The place is right in the centre of Venice, within walking distance of everywhere. If you don’t feel like walking, the water bus station is very close.
