We had a lovely stay and got the warmest welcome. The hosts made our visit even better, though Venice itself is amazing. The rooms are cozy, with a full set of towels. Breakfast came with delicious bread, sweet jams, and nice coffee.

The host family were friendly and gave us clear check-in and check-out instructions, even though we don’t speak Italian. We had no complaints. Our room was small, but there was just enough space to open two large suitcases. It had a balcony, which was lovely for some sun and fresh air, and the washroom beside the bedroom was clean. Breakfast was very nice, served in a beautiful vintage room with wood furnishings. Lido was a pleasant place to stay, a good retreat after busy days on Venice’s main islands. It’s a one-minute bus ride from the Lido water bus station, then about 20 minutes to St Marco Plaza.

A beautiful place, maybe a little overpriced, though the elegant breakfast was included.

The owners were so warm and welcoming, their hospitality went beyond what I could have imagined. Staying on Lido turned out to be an amazing choice. The house and room were cozy, the sweet breakfast was tasty, and the location was easy to get around from. It made our stay memorable. Thank you from the bottom of my heart!
