The view over the canal at breakfast was lovely, and the coffee from the portafilter machine was excellent. Our room was beautiful, decorated in an elegant Venetian style, and the staff were exceptionally attentive. They also gave us great support over WhatsApp before, during, and after the trip. For our mother’s birthday, they brought three glasses of Prosecco to the room, then surprised us with another round that evening. A wonderful, thoughtful gesture. We were absolutely delighted with our stay and would recommend it for a stylish visit to Venice.

We loved the central location and the picturesque little balcony overlooking the canal. Elena and the rest of the Hotel Becher team were welcoming and so nice that after a few days they felt like friends. The air conditioning wasn’t working, but the fans they provided made it manageable, and we also received a good discount. A delightful stay, highly recommend!

Our first visit to this beautiful place, and the location was perfect. Some of our best memories came from the destinations Marco and the front desk recommended. What a joy. We’re grateful for the special location and all the people we met at the hotel. Marco knows the best restaurants! Thank you from our hearts. Absolutely not to be missed.

The room on the canal side is the one to get. Open the windows and you can hear the gondola drivers singing Italian love songs. Amazing, and we’ll be back. Everyone was so kind, from the woman at breakfast to Francis from room service and both women at the front desk. The night shift guy was very accommodating too.

We had a terrace overlooking a smaller canal, which I found much prettier than the Grand Canal, and ate the delicious breakfast each morning on the hotel’s little jetty. The staff were gracious enough to let us check out late because our train didn’t leave until 2 p.m. The photos were accurate too. Sometimes hotel pictures are misleading, but here it’s just as picturesque and stylish in person. Hotel Becher’s location was perfect, and I can’t say enough good things about it. You won’t regret staying here.
