The location made it easy to explore, and the welcome felt warm. A lady at reception was especially kind and used a map to explain the city in detail, which helped a lot. Everyone was incredibly friendly and attentive. My only small gripe was a slightly unpleasant dusty smell from the blanket. Otherwise, I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Bernardi and enjoyed the cozy atmosphere.

We booked through Booking.com and paid 120 euros for one night. The price felt very reasonable, and it seems like a good place for a stay of a few days. It’s centrally located, the rooms are clean, and there’s free Wi-Fi. The staff were kind and helpful.

We had a clean, cozy, and cute room, and the staff were incredibly kind and helpful. The location is very central, with shops and restaurants all around and boat stops not far away. We came to Italy for our honeymoon and booked four nights. When booking, we asked for a double bed rather than twin beds, since it was our honeymoon. To our surprise, there was a bottle of Prosecco and a note waiting in the room when we checked in. They also gave us free breakfast each day, and said they do this for birthdays too. We’d absolutely recommend the place. You can book directly with them instead of using other websites!

Just as advertised: clean, friendly staff, and an amazing location. The AC works too, unlike some other major hotels in Venice. If you’re in a small group, give it a try.

We booked in person, and Nicola sorted it out quickly for us. We were happy with the place and are looking forward to coming back. Ciao❤️
