C Beatrice Agriturismo

We stayed at Agriturismo Ca' Beatrice after booking it last October because it was near the airport. The owner, Roberto, was charming. He welcomed us at the door, checked us in, and brought a couple of beers for us to enjoy on the patio. Our room was clean and quaint, with a rustic feel. The restaurant is a short walk away, and Roberto turned out to be the chef there too. You can choose aged beef from the cooler by the entrance. The food was excellent. We knew very little Italian and the servers spoke very little English, which was the one possible downside. Even so, Roberto drove us to the airport at a ridiculously early hour. I'd highly recommend this hotel.

For an overnight stop before a flight, this is a good option. The rooms were comfortable and very clean, with a nice modern bathroom. Breakfast was good as well. The attached restaurant is very good, though it's closed on Mondays. Lots of locals were eating grilled meat, so it didn't seem especially vegetarian-friendly. The airport is only about a 5-6 minute drive away.

The eight cats made the warmest welcome, especially Hutch, the friendly, very cool white cat who can check your documents in a flash. The management were helpful and friendly, the beds really comfortable, and the shower superb. It's close to Venice airport but wonderfully quiet. Rooms are clean and simply furnished. I'll definitely stay again.

We chose it for an early flight and were pleasantly surprised by how lovely the property was for the price. The spacious, modern room had room to sit and open our luggage, and the air conditioning was nice and cool. The bathroom was roomy too, with a perfect shower. It's handy for both the airport and the city, and there's a shuttle to the bus stop. The little dogs and cats were a fun extra.
