It’s in a quiet neighborhood, with everything nearby, and the apartment has all the amenities you could want for a city visit. There’s lots of space as well. Elisabetta was a dedicated, genuinely warm host.

After a tiring day, the comfortable bed was a real relief, and having a proper kitchen was great. You can take a walk around the apartment after dinner. Getting there was easy: take boat 5.2 from the station to Celestia, then walk at least five minutes. Carlotta, Massimo, and Elisabetta were so warm and helped whenever we had a question. It felt like home during my Venice trip, and this was my favorite place to stay in Italy. I’d choose it again if I return to Venice.

The apartment is on the northeast side of Venice, just metres from a water-bus stop, and about a 10-minute walk from the main sights. It was spotless and in perfect condition. Elisabetta and Massimo have clearly put a lot of thought into making the place comfortable for visitors, and they greeted us with real Venetian warmth. They’re just a call away if you need advice or help. We’ll be back, and I’d recommend it to anyone.

Elisabetta and Massimo made us feel at home from the start. They’re incredibly warm and friendly, and went out of their way to help with anything we needed. The apartment feels carefully put together, beautifully furnished, and equipped with everything you could need, plus a little more. It’s in a quiet part of Venice, a good way to escape the busy streets while still being able to walk to the main sights. Celestia vaporetto stop is only 100 metres away. Supermarkets and shops are about 10 minutes off, and there are plenty of restaurants in different directions at a similar distance. It’s hard to imagine finding another place this well equipped and furnished with such care.
