I’ve never been keen on Venice because of the crowds, but staying here made me see the city differently. The neighborhood had no tourists, which was a real plus, and the balcony was even bigger than it looked in the photos. Agata and Andrea were very helpful, and their restaurant recommendations were spot on. We couldn’t have chosen better. Thank you.

Had a great stay. It’s right on the canal, with plenty of restaurants close by. St. Mark’s Square is about a 20-minute walk.

A balcony looking out over a quiet canal, and a great location.

Our family spent four days here, and it was just perfect. The kids loved having bedrooms of their own. We got to sit out on the terrace with coffee and tea in the mornings and evenings.
