The flat is spacious and works well for four people. It's in the historic neighbourhood of Zhetto community, so the ceiling is only 6ft and taller guests may find it a bit difficult to move around. Keep that in mind when booking. The host was quick to answer our questions, explained the check-in hours ahead of time, and provided the location through a clear website because the Airbnb map pin is wrong. There's a locked luggage room downstairs for bags after checkout, with the code from the owner. The Philippine lady caretaker was great and showed us how everything worked. The train station is walkable, the nearest boat stop is 7/8 minutes away, and grocery stores are nearby. The kitchen has all the amenities. I'd recommend this place for the accommodation and the polite service.

Francesco was very polite and took his time showing us around the apartment and explaining things. It's a cozy little place with the amenities we needed, and the location worked well, about a 9-minute walk from St Lucia Station. Just don't rely too closely on Google Maps when booking. Definitely try it if you're in the area.

We had three nights here, my wife, our three children and me. The apartment has two bedrooms, a bathroom, a kitchen and a big dining and living room, all spotless. It's a gorgeous, typical Venetian place in a central part of Venice, handy for the centre, restaurants, supermarkets and other essentials. Great value and highly recommended!
