Ca' Pisani Deco Design Hotel

The room could get quite warm, which isn't great if you're a hot sleeper. We think we managed to turn the heating off, and slept with the window open. On the first night, the maid had lowered the outside blind and we hadn't realised. We also had nowhere to sit besides the bed or a stool, and the TV was set at a right angle to the bed. The steam room wasn't working, and staff didn't know what was planned for that area, which was a shame since we’d hoped to use it. They were kind enough to bring us a kettle, mugs, and teabags. It’s a lovely hotel with beautiful decor, nice service, a good breakfast, and a super comfy bed.

Room 12 was accessible, with an accessible shower and toilet. Ca' Pisani is conveniently near two boat stops, an easy way to get around along with walking, while still being away from the bustle of St Mark's square. The staff were so friendly and helpful, even making restaurant bookings when they gave us recommendations. They were especially kind to our 5 year old. You notice how many hotels just go through the motions after staying somewhere like this.

We spent four days here for our babymoon and came away with nothing but good things to say. The location is central and convenient for getting around, but still quiet, with restaurants, cafes, and art nearby. Everyone we dealt with, from the front desk to the porter and restaurant staff, was so kind and went above and beyond.

The hotel can arrange excursions, and the staff were friendly and very helpful with directions and restaurant suggestions. Their private boat transport to and from the airport was convenient and fun. A lovely place to stay in Venice, I'd recommend it.
