A few minutes on foot gets you to the landmarks, public transport, and gondola stops, which made the location ideal. Our room was comfortable and clean, with a large wardrobe, free chairs, and enough power sockets. The staff were kind and understanding, and Mr. David was especially helpful with all our questions and requests. 😃

The staff were very friendly, and breakfast came with a great range of food. The location was perfect, and our room was a decent size with plenty of amenities. I did notice some dust and cobwebs on the bedside tables.

Breakfast had a good variety and was very good. The hotel is only a few steps from Palazzo Ducale, yet it stayed quiet at night. Everything was clean and nice. The toilet was a little small, though it didn’t really bother me.

The apartment worked really well for our family of four, two adults and two teenagers, during a two-night Venice stop on a two-week Europe trip. We’d stayed in this area twice before without kids, but needed more room this time, and having a kitchenette was a big help. Finding an affordable larger place on Venice proper had been difficult, but the hotel’s online information looked promising and proved accurate. We arrived in the late afternoon, the desk was staffed, and getting settled was easy. Everyone we dealt with was nice and willing to help. In the apartment, a wall came about three quarters of the way across between the bedroom and living room. The sleeper sofa was made up for two, and the bedroom beds were split for the boys. It wasn’t fully private, but it worked for people needing to sleep at different times. We were there in July and it was hot, so the AC helped keep things comfortable. The kitchen had pans, a fridge, and what we needed for easy breakfasts and lunches. We liked being south of St. Mark's Square. There was a back route from the main waterfront, making it easy to head back to the square or go north to other sights. We’d look into staying here again if we return. We love the city, and now this hotel too.
