Stefano was the real highlight, kind, devoted, and happy to handle extra requests. He was flexible about check-in, check-out, and breakfast times. The rooms were spotless and well maintained, with both air conditioning and heating, useful comforts in Venice's climate. The location also lets you enjoy the beach nearby and get a feel for Venetian life by taking the vaporetto. Highly recommend.

The guesthouse has lots of character, and Stefano was absolutely lovely. Our room was delightful, with a clean, spacious bathroom. It was under a 10-minute walk to the Lido waterbus, the beach, and Lido's main street with plenty of restaurants. I'd happily stay again.

The room was comfortable, and the color scheme gave it some character. The host was friendly, easy to communicate with, and made a great breakfast. It's a short walk to the vaporetto and the main tourist strip or the beach, while still feeling a little removed from it all.

Stefano was wonderful and had great local restaurant tips and advice. We stayed in a quiet residential area with lovely flowers and buildings, and the Lido beaches were close for a break from busy Venice. San Marco was just ten minutes away by Vaporetto. We're already thinking about coming back.

We had a lovely time and would visit again. The host was kind, friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable, and he prepares breakfast himself each morning. Our spacious, stylish, comfortable room even had a small private salon and a balcony.
