Hotel Cristallo

I especially want to thank Nabil at the reservation desk. He was kind, incredibly helpful, and assisted us with everything during our holiday in Lido. I stayed at Hotel Cristallo with my family for five days in August 2025, and the staff were great. The rooms were comfortable, breakfast was tasty, and the hotel is centrally located near everything. It’s a lovely hotel, and I highly recommend it. Nabil was a real supportive friend to my family and me 😊

The fire alarm went off during our stay and disrupted our sleep, which is why I gave four stars. It wasn’t the staff’s fault, and they were very friendly and extremely helpful. The rooms are a little dated but comfortable and clean. Breakfast was excellent with a good range of choices. Helena was professional and helpful. Good value, and I’d recommend it.

Lido is a charming, historic place to stay for a trip to Venice, and the location was wonderful. The beds are a little outdated and not very cushioned, but I still slept very well. I recommend staying here.

For a two-star hotel, it’s nice, and it has more potential if someone put money into it. It was clean, but the rooms weren’t consistent. We had two basic rooms, one with a very old bathroom and the other with one that looked like it belonged in a five-star hotel. People across from us had a basic bathroom but a very large, nice room. Breakfast was the same every day, with two options. It was basic but good. There’s no fridge or kettle, though the location makes that manageable. There’s also an old but functional lift.
