The beds were excellent, and we all slept well. Our suite at San March Suite 755 had two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a mini kitchen, all recently updated and very clean. There’s no elevator, so keep that in mind. The AC only blew warm air, but since it wasn’t too hot, opening the windows gave us fresh air. It was very quiet at night, even though we were just five minutes from San Marco plaza, close to the water taxi, and only minutes from Rialto Bridge. One thing to watch for: Google Maps showed the entrance at the back of the property. We stayed in early March 2026 and had an excellent visit.

We were a family of four in the two bedroom, two bathroom apartment and loved our stay. The rooms looked just like the website photos, and the beds and mattresses were wonderful. No complaints about the apartment itself. There’s no elevator, so we tried to pack light. The heater worked, but we didn’t have AC. We were there at the end of March, when it wasn’t hot, though it was warm. The same thing had happened to us a couple of days earlier in Milan, so I guess it’s the same all over Italy.

The service was great, and the apartment had everything we needed. It was spacious, with a modern interior and lovely Venetian details like the floors. The location is right in the center, though there’s no lift. We loved staying here and would recommend it to anyone visiting Venice.

The place was perfect apart from the lack of an elevator. We had a lot of bags, and carrying them up was rough. That’s why I’m giving it four stars.

The location was calm but only a few minutes from the lively city center, and the water taxi was a four-minute walk away. The place was very clean, elegant, and had real character. Staff were friendly and helpful by phone and email. An amazing stay in the heart of Venice, 20/10, warmly recommend!
