The kitchen area had a microwave, kettle, plates, and cups, handy for making coffee in the morning. Our room was very clean, with a comfortable bed and shutters that helped at night. It was spacious, and the bathroom looked new and clean, with a shower, hairdryer, soap, and shampoo. Check-in was quick and pleasant. We were satisfied with our stay.

The hotel was beautifully decorated, and I slept really well. I had a very comfortable stay, and it was close to the train station.

After a cosy night's sleep, I had a wonderful shower in the beautiful, spotless ensuite. Within minutes we were at the bus transfer to the airport. The place was comfortable, super clean, friendly, well located, and affordable. It was an easy walk from the train station, and the Guest House contacted us in advance about check-in, so meeting Rocky on arrival was quick and easy. We left our bags, spent a long, amazing day wandering Venice by train, and found them waiting in our lovely, pristine room when we got back.

The landlady was nice and let us leave our bags before check-in. The apartment is in a building, three minutes from Mestre station, on a quiet, clean spot with good Wi-Fi. Food isn't allowed in the room. For the price, I have no complaints. Five stars.

We found a clean, warm room, and it seems they may have made some improvements recently. My guess is that the low Maps rating comes from older reviews. The location was very convenient, about a four-minute walk from the train station, but the street itself was quiet. We had a good experience.
