I wish I could call this normal, pleasant accommodation, but sadly I can't. The rooms looked as they did in the photos I'm attaching, and the bed was awful: wooden frames with what was basically an extra bed for two people. The walls are paper thin, so you hear everything, though that might still be understandable. The state of the walls, though, is what I really can't make sense of. The price for what you get is poor, and I wouldn't recommend this place at all.

Getting around was easy, with public transport and all the main sights close by. The rooms have a really cute, authentic look, and the service was polite and friendly. Great spot.

We were close to San Zaccaria, about 200 meters away, and Piazza San Marco and Rialto were around 300 meters from here. The staff were friendly, and the place had an authentic Venetian feel. A very good stay for a reasonable price.

The building is old, and you can tell, but the rooms were quiet, warm, clean, and comfortable. They're on the small side, though had what we needed. The shared spaces were very clean too. It's easy to find and right in the center, all for a modest price.
