I was there for four nights in November, and the heating worked well, with warm water always available. The shared kitchen and bathroom were cleaned every day. For the low price, I was extremely happy with the stay. My room was nice and clean, and the location worked well: about a 20-minute walk to st. Marc square, or just a minute to the water tram station. The owner (?) met me when I arrived, pointed out the entrance, and showed me around the apartment so I knew where everything was.

Iqbal was a fantastic host, and the apartment was roomy, with clean rooms and comfortable beds. Everything is close by, no more than a 20-minute walk. I’d highly recommend it.

The location was good, but there was no hot water, so avoid this place if cold showers are a dealbreaker. I told the host, and he asked, "did you turn the faucet to the red dot ?" That seemed like a dumb question, and after that I heard nothing from him. The next morning, there was still no hot water.

It was quiet, with nice restaurants nearby and a water taxi close at hand. Great location.
