Clean, tidy rooms and friendly staff. Breakfast is optional and costs 6 euros. There's a lovely piano guests can play, and a seating area on the first floor where you can relax. Nice hotel, would recommend.

We spent a night here during Venice carnival. The room was small, but had the basics: comfortable beds, a wardrobe, clean sheets and towels. The bathroom and toilet were tiny, with no sink in there; the wash basin was in the room. Water seeped under the shower room door and flooded the toilet floor. The staff were very friendly and the service was nice. There's a good restaurant and a barista near the hotel for food and coffee. The bus station to Venice is right across the road, and the tram line is very close.

The front desk staff were friendly, and the bedroom was clean and cozy, with fresh towels and bed linen. After so much walking, the decent shower was welcome. We had a wonderful stay, with a direct tram to Venice nearby. There's also a delicious pizza and ice cream shop close by. Totally recommend.

David at reception really made a difference. He couldn't do enough to make sure we were looked after. Breakfast was very nice, with hot croissants, yoghurt, fruit juice and other goodies. The hotel also has secure parking on site for €6 per night. It's in Mestre, across from the water on a fairly busy road, and about a 10-minute walk to the tram stop. Tickets to Venice cost €1.50 from the nearby tobacco shop. My wife, daughter and I stayed in a triple room that was perfect for a short visit. It was small but spotlessly clean and well equipped with a bar fridge, TV, hairdryer and more. The hotel offers excellent value for money, and I'd highly recommend it.
