Hampton By Hilton Venice Isola Nuova

Being able to check in early made a huge difference. We arrived from Canada around 10am on November 19th, expecting to leave our bags and return around 3pm, but rooms were ready and they let us in. Those extra hours made our day. My friend and I stayed November 19th-November 24th. The hotel is about a 20 minute walk from downtown Venice, so it felt quiet and private while still being a great base. It was clean and modern, with a complimentary breakfast and a restaurant downstairs for lunch or dinner. The rooms were fantastic. We both slept really well on the comfortable beds, and I loved the rainhead shower. The staff were pleasant and very accommodating.

After a busy day exploring Venice, it was nice to come back to a clean, modern hotel with comfortable rooms. Getting into the city and back is convenient, with the vaporetto and People Mover running nearby. Breakfast is basic, but the staff are friendly and ready to help. Hampton by Hilton Venice Isola Nuova is a great choice for a Venice stay. Highly recommended!

Breakfast was outstanding, and we enjoyed dinner at the restaurant too. You order online and the food is brought to your table. The food was yummy and the beer was cold! The hotel was easy to reach from the airport, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Our king room was smaller than most Hilton rooms, though that’s understandable where land is at a premium. I’d stay here again if we travel to Venice.

I enjoyed breakfast each morning, and the hotel was a good base for three nights of exploring Venice. The Tronchetto People Mover is just a few minutes’ walk away, costs 1.50€ per ride, and takes only a few minutes to Piazzale Roma. The last shuttle is at 10.50pm, though that shouldn’t be a problem since Venice isn’t much of a late-night destination. The snack shop is quite expensive, but I’d come back.
